Wood furniture is desirable for its warm, timeless look and durability. There are specialty cleaning products to keep your wood looking new for years. You can also use common household items to keep your wood furniture.
to clean polished wood furniture using liquid furniture polish. You can also use waxy (Cleaning car seat product), just apply Waxy three to four times per year. Take a few small drops of Waxy into clean dry and soft cloth then apply them to the wood furniture.  

When you furniture is get dirty just clean it with clean dry soft cloth, or half dry cloth.

Should not put furniture direct to the sun or wet place

If your furniture is wet should make it dry by fast
